Do you charge by the hour?
Our inspections are quoted per inspection as there are numerous variances that affect the time and intensity of the inspection. If you would like an hourly rate we can quote your job in that manner after receiving all the necessary information.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently prefer cash or check. We also can take Venmo, Zelle, CashApp or Paypal. If you prefer to pay be credit card we can make those arrangements.

I can assure you that we will give our complete attention to your needs. As licensed inspectors we have specific education and guidelines required by the State of Texas on how to perform your inspections. We are familiar with national, state and local codes and ordinances. We can offer you the best service for your money.
